Coco Rocha Has Her Own Mannequin

What an honour it must be for a fashion model to have a mannequin replica of themselves.
The latest inspiration for the Rootstein mannequin company’s new mannequin is none other than model Coco Rocha. The company had previously also been inspired by such fashion icons as Agyness Deyn, Twiggy and Yasmin Le Bon.
The Coco Rocha inspired mannequin was unveiled in New York last week, and just the night before the unveiling, Rootstein creative director Kevin Arpino had to re-dye the mannequin’s hair to match the same new red that Coco Rocha is sporting. (Wonder if she was actually trying to get away from looking like her own mannequin so then she wouldn’t need to feel freaked out if she walked into a store filled with clones of herself?)
Coco Rocha is a Canadian supermodel who is in third place on the “Top 50 Models – Women” list on Model.com. She has an extremely versatile look and has been on many Vogue covers (plus Harper’s Bazaar, W, i-D and many more).
