Okay, that was joke a headline. But just check out this video by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for their lovely fans on their newly revived Swide online magazine.

There is no majorly unique message, just the bobbing heads of Domenico and Stefano on cartoon Christmas elf bodies with a generic “Best Wishes.” However, the idea is novel enough. Somehow I can’t quite imagine the late Coco Chanel ever agreeing to anything like this. And thus, fashion is taking a more light-hearted look at itself in the mirror these days. It’s about time we said our affirmations in the form of “ha ha ha ha.”

Swide magazine refers to Dolce and Gabbana in many of its articles, many of which are things that Dolce & Gabbana will want you to know about – such as “Stefano Gabbana’s Milan City Guide”.

The style part of the magazine features many style looks which are interesting, however so obviously bias towards the one label’s range of clothing that it’s more like an online catalogue.
