It was all about the fun and drama for Antonina Shapovalova, who really stood out as a unique designer amongst the rest at Moscow Fashion Week. Fun, drama and ugh… flexibility, that is.

Check out the full collection here, where she plays with russian doll prints, over-sized accessories and, ugh… more acrobatic models on the catwalk.

A very new name in the world of fashion, Antonina Shapovalova seems to have done a great job of bringing some ‘quirk’ back into fashion without being too ‘costumey’ at all. Her collection is young, vibrant, energetic and attention-grabbing.

Caution: keep out of reach from conservatives or they may spontaneously combust from shock.

  1. What a pleasant idea, the acrobatic model. This brings the clothes closer to real life usability. Shows the comfortable wear factor. That outfit is attractive and trendy enough without being ridiculous. Sullen young man in platform shoes not included, we see a great new designer here.
